This duplex was originally a tiny dilapidated two unit studio apartment building that was acquired by Dan and Dan back in 2013. The goal was to create a modern apartment building that would fit in the Capitola community to be rented out and also serve as a place for friends and family to come and enjoy all that Capitola beach has to offer.
