Fuse was approached by the property owner to maximize the property value by designing a mixed use development for their empty parcel located in Scotts Valley, California. Our proposal was a brewery/restaurant with offices on the second floor. The design concept here is bold structural and architectural forms to capture the attention of drivers on busy Scotts Valley Drive. The design ‘reaches’ out towards the roadway.
