I’m a creative soul with a camera in hand, three opinionated dogs at my feet, and a deep belief that even the messes of life can be sacred. Equal parts vintage car nerd, bonfire boss, and lover of real talk, I secretly rate life moments on a letter grade scale just for fun. I take spontaneous detours, chase meaning and perfection, and show up fully, whether I’m snapping photos or calling out the beauty in broken places.
I’m an engineer obsessed with how form meets function, like the Burj Khalifa, held steady by wind, or that serene Lloyd Wright house floating over water with lines so clean they feel like an exhale. I love when structures are both sound and soul-filled, designed to feel as good as they look. Beauty isn’t just aesthetics to me; it’s balance, light and the quiet invitation to be a human being, not just a human doing.
I love building things…teams, projects, people. Whether I’m coaching, engineering, playing volleyball, or hosting a backyard BBQ, I enjoy bringing energy, strategy and heart. Creative problem-solving is my favorite sport, and nothing beats laughing with good people while making something that matters and is beautiful to look at. I believe a rising tide lifts all ships, and I like being part of that tide.
Born in Santa Cruz and raised in Watsonville, CA, I got my start working for long-standing companies like Ford’s Department Store and Driscoll’s Strawberries, where I learned the art of customer relations and its a skill that continues to shape everything I do. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and years of experience teaching engineering at Cabrillo College, I’ve built a foundation in mentorship, professionalism, and hands-on problem-solving. I’m thrilled to be part of the Fuse Architects + Builders team, where my passion for collaboration and innovative design grows stronger every day…and so does the smile on my face.
