Living in Santa Cruz, I thrive on staying active and connected to nature. You can usually find me surfing the waves, hiking through the redwoods, or practicing yoga on the beach. I love exploring farmers’ markets, discovering new wellness retreats, and leaning into my “spiritual baddie in construction” era.
Well, duh… a Fuse build, of course! If I had to choose, it’s a toss-up between the Drednaught Barn and the 15th Ave projects (though I might be a little biased—I've heard the project manager is pretty amazing). Outside of Fuse, I’ve always loved the architecture in Boston. When I studied at Northeastern, the Interdisciplinary Science & Engineering Complex stood out to me as a truly magical building.
As a construction project manager, I love what I do because it allows me to bring ideas to life. My background, growing up in a small Amazonian village, taught me the importance of community and sustainability, and I carry those values into my work. I’m passionate about creating spaces that not only function well but also enhance the lives of those who use them. The thrill of seeing a project come together, combined with the chance to work with diverse teams, keeps me energized every day.
I bring both passion and heritage to my role as Project Manager at Fuse Builders. I was raised in a large Central Valley family with a long line of contractors, engineers, and farmers, so my love for building started early. At just six years old, I painted and built my first playhouse in Gilroy, California, and by twelve, I was up on the roof with my dad—the man who sparked my lifelong passion for construction.
As the only daughter in a family of builders, I learned the trade hands-on, sweeping floors, hauling scraps, and absorbing the craft from the ground up. My mom, on the other hand, taught me the financial discipline that helps me thrive in construction budgeting today. That balance of craft and business shaped me into the construction professional I am now—a project manager who leads with precision, heart, and grit.
I’m proud to call myself a woman in construction, molded by my parents’ guidance and my own determination. When I’m not on a job site, I’m a devoted mom to a daughter in college preparing for law school. I find joy in music, concerts, travel, and wellness spas—always seeking ways to recharge and return to my projects with fresh energy.
I earned my B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from both UC Santa Barbara and Northeastern University in Boston, and I’m passionate about giving back through volunteer work with Women’s Haven, Monarch Services (as an advocate), and Project Smile.
