We started designing Pacific Avenue (Pac Ave) while the Roastery was under construction and wanted to create a tie between the Roastery and the new retail store. It was an easy call to utilize the reclaimed fir from the Old Cannery and use it to enclose the new service area, storage and bathrooms for the retail store. We loved the look and feel of the reclaimed wood so much we made the counters, tables and shelving out of all of the available material. We wanted Pac Ave to have another level of refinement compared to the Roastery, so you will find clean lines in the architecture combined with vintage/ industrial décor and fixtures. The result is a space we thoroughly enjoyed designing, building and visiting and have scheduled all future office meetings to be held at the communal farm table.

When we meet clients that share the same passion for their business as we have for architecture we know the outcome is going to be something fantastic; and Verve is one of those instances.
