This home was designed for the annual Parade of Homes in St. George, Utah. The tour featured houses that were designed to showcase the newest and most innovative technology and design. Our client was a general contractor who was interested in elevating her construction company to the next level. To accomplish her vision we designed a home with unique features such as a home theater and a slide that connected the upper and lower levels. The home sold quickly and was an effective method for the client to attain the level of success she had envisioned.
