A few years back we were happy to work with Habitat for Humanity in Santa Cruz to create some design studies for a multi-unit townhouse complex. When we were asked to help with a potential project in Scotts Valley, we were excited to team up again to create a 3-unit townhouse that would become residence to some well-deserving families. This would be the first Habitat project in the City of Scotts Valley, and they showed their support by stepping up in a big way to make this project possible. The project is currently under construction and we look forward to the day the families can move in.
